Meta has raised its 2026 AI capital expenditure floor to $130 billion, underscoring the company’s commitment to scaling its AI infrastructure despite ongoing losses in other divisions. The company reported Q2 2026 revenue of $60.8 billion.

However, Meta’s Reality Labs division reported a $4.62 billion loss in the same quarter, continuing a pattern of significant investment in its metaverse efforts.
